HIGH POTENCY
Two capsules of EndoMune® will provide 12 billion organisms. A daily dosage of at least 2-5 billion or more living bacteria is necessary to have a beneficial effect.

QUALITY BACTERIA
Each capsule of EndoMune® contains 6 billion live bacterial cells of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli strains that are major members of the human gut microflora. They are the main health-enhancing gut bacteria and have been selected from naturally occurring bacterial strains.

UNIQUE BLEND
EndoMune® contains a blend of lactobacillus and bifidobacteria strains that are complementary. Each enhances the growth and functions of the other. Studies have compared probiotics consisting of a single strain of bacteria (monostrain) versus probiotics containing several strains or types of bacteria (multistrain/multispecies). The general finding is that multistrain/multispecies probiotics are more effective in preventing harmful bacteria establishing colonization in the intestines.

SURVIVAL AND ADHERENCE
The lactobacillus and bifidobacteria strains in EndoMune® have been extensively tested for safety and effectiveness. Research has demonstrated their ability to survive exposure to the acid, bile and digestive enzymes of the human GI tract. Testing has shown the ability of these organisms to adhere to human intestinal cells which allows them to form colonies, replicate and produce the health promoting substances for the colon.

ENHANCE INTESTINAL FUNCTION AND DEFENSE
The EndoMune® bacteria enhance the intestinal defenses by producing natural substances that inhibit colonization by harmful bacteria. They have beneficial effects on intestinal motility which affects stool formation and elimination. They produce metabolites that enhance the nutrition and health of the colon lining cells. The bacteria can aid in digestion, lessening intestinal gas formation.

CONTAINS VALUABLE FOS
EndoMune® ProBiotic contains a prebiotic. Prebiotics are nondigestible carbohydrates or fiber that are in leeks, onion, garlic, oats, barley, rye and a few other foods. Humans lack the digestive enzymes to break down these sugars called fructooligosaccharides (FOS). The FOS are able to travel to the colon where select bacteria like bifidobacteria can dine on the sugars in a process called fermentation. The result is to stimulate the growth of the friendly bifidobacteria. In addition, the breakdown products of FOS provide nourishment to the colon lining cells which enhance their growth and function.

SPECIAL PACKAGING
The bacteria in probiotic supplements normally live in an environment without oxygen. Their survival is limited when exposed to oxygen. During the packaging of the EndoMune® ProBiotic capsules, the oxygen in the bottles is eliminated by a process called nitrogen-flushing. In addition, packaging the probiotic in dark colored glass bottles prevents the oxygen in the air from making the bacteria inactive. Plastic bottles are more porous to oxygen. These manufacturing techniques help to maintain the stability of the bacteria.

DESCRIPTION
EndoMune® ProBiotic consists of 6 strains of bacteria: Lactobacillus acidophilus DDS-1, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacteria lactis, and Bifidobacterium longum.

Each capsule contains 6 billion colony forming units (CFU). There is no wheat, eggs, yeast, sugar, corn, soy or artificial flavors or preservatives. It is free of dairy products.

SUGGESTED USE
Take two or three capsules once daily on an empty stomach before eating, preferably in the morning. If results are not noted after 3-5 days, increase dosage to two or three capsules twice daily
